Nevertheless this does not mean we cannot slow it down, improve our life, be fit, physically and mentally.

In this 1-2-1 programme we look at tools and habits that can support you in a healthy, long, active, meaningful life.

We will work on the pillars of a long heathy life: nutrition, exercise, mental health.

10 weeks introduction to Mindfullness
Mindfullness is not only about meditation, it's about being in the moment, leaving every minute of your life!!

In this group course (max 10 people) we will practice guided meditations to calm, relax and focus on the present, but we will also learn several methods to be present in your life "here and now".

This will be the plan of our then weekly sessions:

Week 4: Coming home to the present – gathering the scattered mind

Sleep Coaching
Sleep is more than just a nightly ritual; it's a vital component of our overall well-being. Quality sleep impacts every aspect of our lives, from physical health to cognitive function.

In this 6 weeks plan we will analyse your sleep routine and explore sleep hygiene habits.
​
The fist week will be focused on an overview of the importance of sleep and an introduction to healthy sleep habits.
Then we will have 4 biweekly meeting to analyse your sleep habits and support you in applying a correct sleep routine.
Finally, there will be a follow up session after a month to asses your sleep.

The plan is available as a 1-2-1 or a group session (max 10 people)
