This plan is completely focused on YOUR needs. I will help you to set up goals to improve your health (lose weight, sleep better, manage stress etc) and I will support you in reaching them.

 

Do you have a diagnosis or a prescription from your doctor that requires a change of habits? (pre-diabetes, for example).

Aging Well bespoke support

Aging is natural process "C'est La Vie".

Quoting Jane Fonda: "Being old is privilege that is not for everybody!"

Nevertheless this does not mean we cannot slow it down, improve our life, be fit, physically and mentally.

​

In this 1-2-1 programme we look at tools and habits that can support you in a healthy, long, active, meaningful life.

​

We will work on the pillars of a long heathy life: nutrition, exercise, mental health.

4 sessions on mental health

2 sessions putting things together for the rest of your life!

10 weeks introduction to Mindfullness

 

Mindfullness is not only about meditation, it's about being in the moment, leaving every minute of your life!!

​

In this group course (max 10 people) we will practice guided meditations to calm, relax and focus on the present, but we will also learn several methods to be present in your life "here and now".

​

This will be the plan of our ten weekly sessions:

Week 1: Introduction : why do we get stuck, how can I improve my life with Mindfullness; doing vs being

Week 2: Beyond automatic pilot

Week 3: Another way of knowing

Week 4: Coming home to the present – gathering the scattered mind

Week 5: Recognising Aversion

Week 6: Allowing things to be as they already are

Week 7: Seeing thoughts as thoughts

week 8: Kindness in action

week 9: What now?

Week 10: 1 month follow up

Sleep Coaching 

Sleep is more than just a nightly ritual; it's a vital component of our overall well-being. Quality sleep impacts every aspect of our lives, from physical health to cognitive function.

​

In this 6 week plan we will analyse your sleep routine and explore sleep hygiene habits.

​

The fist week will be focused on an overview of the importance of sleep and an introduction to healthy sleep habits.

Then we will have 4 biweekly meetings to analyse your sleep habits and support you in applying a correct sleep routine.

Finally, there will be a follow up session after a month to assess your sleep. 

​

The plan is available as a 1-2-1 or a group session (max 10 people)
